or click on RMA and
print that form , fill up all the information and fax
it to 1(949)724-9091 If
it is determined that you need to return the product,
the following procedure must be followed to ensure prompt
service.
- The Technical Support
Department will issue an (RMA) number only after you
provide the following information:
The
serial # (if one exists)
The
part number(s) and quantity
The
reason the product is being returned
The invoice
# (if available)
- Merchandise
MUST be returned within
10 days
from the date the RMA number was issued.
- A cross shipment will
require a credit card number to authorize the cross-ship.
- The customer is responsible
for all shipping charges incurred in returning product
to IDS
Please
note:
When you request a replacement-cross
shipped product, your account (if terms have been given)
or credit card will be billed.
Upon receipt of the returned product, your account or
credit card will be credited immediately.
- Package the product
in the original static bag and exterior packaging.
- This information must
appear on the outside of your package.
- Clearly write your return
address and issued RMA number on your shipping label.
- Any package without
International Data Supply 's RMA number on the
outside of the package will be refused.
