Warranty
CPU’s and memory carry a 15 days replacement
warranty for OEM style product. Retail boxed version
CPU’s carry the full manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty
covers the electrical/electronic working state of the
CPU & Memory only. Physical damage or alteration
of any module is excluded and voids the warranty. All
other products carry their respective manufacturer’s
warranties only. These typically range from 1 to 5 years
which specified in their warranty policy. If you need
to return a product for replacement under warranty,
please see Defective Product in the RMA
section for the procedure to follow.
Returning
Product
International Data Supply offers a 15 days period
(from date of invoice) exchange on all products
except software. If you need to exercise this guarantee
please follow the same procedure outlined in the Defective
Product/RMA section. IDSPC.com will not accept any
returns for software. A "DOA" (Dead On Arrival)
software product will only be exchanged for the same
product. |
